When and why did you start CrossFit?

I CrossFit because...

For the moment I get to show myself I am capable of so much more than I ever thought I could be, mentally and physically. CrossFit allows us to always set new goals and continuously learn while pushing each other past our limits.

I coach because...

I get to help clients realize they can do things they never imagined they were capable of. Forcing them to push their selves to their limits to achieve their goals. The biggest joy is to help others love this lifestyle and show them how it can improve their overall health and well being.
